How to start dietary re-education?


When I decided to start the reeducation of eating habits, I knew it wouldn’t be easy.

But, if you came here thinking they’ll get tips already, hard-to-reach steps know that my dietary re-education is far less complicated than many people preach around.

I was “too thin”, with 1.70 m already weighed less than 45 kg and had difficulty gaining weight.

But, with age, the life and hormones crazy won 25 kgs. Of these 25 kg, 15 kg are above the indicated for my body type.

I feel huge, dead tired, sleepy and have a hunger for 10 caged Lions.

These symptoms are a warning, but turned up health problems and allergies that made my life change a pressing need.

  • Changing habits:

To start the reeducation of eating habits I had to take the decision to change my habits. Little by little, I identified the villains of my life and got everything (really).

My worst habits were drinking a lot of soda, eating too much sweet, don’t make every meal a day and sleeping less than 5 hours.

When I say a lot was very even. I drank at least 600 ml of soda a day, plus a sweet quantity equivalent to 1 kg of refined sugar.

After weeks of denial, I went to the second stage.

  • Seeking a professional:

Do medical follow-up with examinations regularly, but this journey started the reeducation of eating habits have a nutritionist was what changed me.

The search was not easy, with much research I came to the indication of a great nutritionist who changed my way of looking at food. She explained every detail of my feed and how I could improve it.

Then came the hardest part: the homework. When I had to put into practice the changes alone.

I started doing simple things that everyone can follow day to day:

  • Replace coffee for tea. Take a maximum of 3 small cups of coffee a day.
  • Decrease the soda, taking only 4 cups on the weekends.
  • Decrease the refined sugar in all things.
  • Change the common chocolate 80% cocoa chocolate.
  • Drink more water every day.

As I always lunch in a restaurant, I’ve been eating salad and avoid sausages and fast food. I started to cook quick dishes at home, to prevent the delivery of pizza.

It seems a small thing, but it was a very difficult process for me. I have a palate well childish and I don’t like to associate food with suffering. But, with these simple changes I lost 3 kg in 3 months, without suffering and without starving.

Oh, I still like candy, hamburgers and all that I love, but with a lot more balance!

I’m still on another journey to complete my dietary re-education: find a physical activity that I love. Hopefully, soon, more here!

All about the shade of nude!

I've had a nude shoe (won a brand honey) and used until the jump break and give more repairs. But, I was wondering if that was the nude tone ideal for me, you know?

Not that the color were ugly, but wouldn't "nude".

Nude is an adjective in English which in literal translation means "naked". The nude is a color tone, as pale beige or Tan, which corresponds to the skin tones giving the appearance of nudity.

I started to search and I was obsessed with mini the infinite possibilities of a nude. Between Nail Polish, shoes, clothes and makeup there are more shades of nude than dream of our vain philosophy.

I'm in search of ideal nude tone for my skin, so I began to study and train my eye. Despite the color variations, this method goes for choosing Nail Polish, lipstick, clothes, shoes and even base.

I don't like quoting rules, but in this case I follow this little rule of thumb:.

The ideal nude tone should not contrast too much with the tone of the skin. If contrast ceases to be nude, right? 😉

My skin is a little yellow Brazilian India faded, some say cold, some say it's hot … As I am no expert I don't know! I'm in olhometro, testing and proving to see what tom is neutral.

For those who have hot, nude tones with reddish or yellowish background, are harmonious. Have cold skin, pink, gray, beige and even the blue/white.

For many years I thought I was just nude beige/skin color. But, I have found that there are at least 50 shades of nude serving on my skin, shocking huh?

Starting with the Pantone chart of skin tones:

Pantone colors 13 and 14, are cooler and red. 15 color is almost neutral, tending to the hot. 17 and 19 colors are warm, Gray and Brown, respectively. The last color, 19, is black with bluish background cold.

Among these 6 colors of skin tone there are a myriad of sub tones and other nuances. Why to find a base nude, which stay perfect in our skin tone, need to test many colors.

The ideal nude tone base needs to join with the skin in a way that is uniform and that they do not see the color of the base. I never found one so perfect for me.

Has this line (below) of The Body Shop that has nuances with minor variations between the tones, but unfortunately does not sell in Brazil.

Bases in shades of Nude

Nude bases for all the skins is "new in Brazil" have some brands investing in more colors in the color chart, but we're still crawling.

With shoe I'm standing on the issue of my skin tone. I still haven't found my perfect nude shoe. I have on my wish list a pumps and a nude sandal, two things I don't have, do 1 year that I'm looking to buy and I don't think:(

Now, with nail polish, lipsticks and clothes is a little easier by two factors: we have more colors available in the market.

I always mix 2 lipsticks to get a nude near the tone of my skin. If you have your mouth tom masi purple, as my base pass before applying the lipstick:) helps leave more nude!


Following the rule of contrast and paying attention in the undertone color is easier to find your perfect shade of nude in any aspect. I think nude chic, elegant and he won't wear off while Kate Middleton wear:D

How to start a dietary re-education?

The title of this post could be as a life change? Why when I decided to start my nutritional re-education, first I needed to decide and agree to change my life.

I was a little too thin, but with a few extra pounds appeared routine and, if not very overweight, I don’t like feeling “fat”, or the eternal sleep, fatigue, and hunger of 10 Lions tonight.

These symptoms were already a warning, but heavier reflexes came from poor diet: health problems and food allergies.

1. Changing habits:

My dietary re-education began with the decision to change my habits gradually. I started with my worst habit: drinking a lot of soda, eating too much sweet, don’t make every meal. I’m aware that it only made me bad and I’ve gotten used to decrease these habits until I went to the second stage.

2. Seeking a professional:

I already have a close medical follow-up, do tests regularly, but this journey started a dietary re-education is a nutritionist is a must.

The search was not easy, I’m curious I don’t like eating just because you like to understand every detail of what I’m doing. With much talk I got to the indication of a nutritionist linda and that changed my way of looking at food and explained every detail of my inadequate power and how I could improve it.

From these two points, my strong decision for change my habits and professional help, I started doing simple things:

  • replace coffee for tea (I’m still addicted to coffee, but today take an acceptable amount).
  • -decrease the liters of soda by little cups only on weekends.
  • reduce the sugar in all things.
  • change the common chocolate 80% cocoa chocolate.
  • increase the amount of water (I never drank water, not ever!)
  • meals outside the home I have a more balanced dish with salads, a portion of meat and avoiding the sausages and fast food.
  • at home I spent eating homemade quick dishes such as omelets and salads and avoid the delivery of pizza.

Seems not much right? But, for a life like mine that was almost impossible and it is still a personal improvement process very difficult.

It’s not easy, but with these simple actions I’ve already lost 3 kg in 3 months, with zero pain and without starving. If you came here thinking you’d have incredible tips, hard-to-reach steps know that dietary re-education is far less complicated than a lot of people fold out there:).

Review | Tresemmé Smooth Keratin

10 truths about having style


Forget what you’ve read about having style.

We read and see so much that we forget that having style is a personal and unique way. So I wrote my 10 truths about having style.

These truths opened my eyes many times as I sought to find my style.

To have personal style - life

1 – Having style is not something that is done easily, it requires self-knowledge and a lot of self-esteem.

Self-knowledge hurts and it’s really hard.

2 – It is no use escaping, your style shows even when you hide or try to pretend to be different.

Okay that you really like everything you’ve bought in the last year just to be fashionable, go!

3 – When you get more mature, you will realize that if you had known and respected YOUR style always, you would have been happier.

Go for it, even in your teens if you had followed your style you would love yourself more. Even when people teased you, offended you, repressed you for being different would have been worth it.

4 – A person using all the trends of the moment is not necessarily a person who has style.

It’s just a person who buys a lot of things and if you use all the trends together you are a tacky person.

5 – Top bloggers, style magazines, brands, and everyone who calls themselves opinion makers will not say anything about YOUR style.

But seeing them can make you find yourself in the crowd.

6 – Your mother, your sisters, your childhood friends know more about your style than anyone else in the world.

What you were in your true essence will always be remembered by these people and they will remind you of who you are!

7 – Having style is not having money, having fame, having a car, having a boyfriend, having nothing… IT IS BEING YOU!

Having style is not about TER is about SER and that would sum up the list, but I want to keep writing.

8 – Personal style is necessary, for life!

Everyone needs to find their style of dress, talking, walking, decorating, eating, being, working, living to be happy.

9 – Personal style is to be authentic!

It does not have to be creative (I’m not into fashion, for example), nor be the most talkative person in the world (I am), it has to be you!

Plus: have critical-sense and analytical reasoning (this I really have!).

10 – Personal style is not having everything of this world, but is giving everything to take your world your way!

And it’s the best thing you can do for yourself!
